I am a wisconsin certified massage therapist since 2021 , I also have certifications in level 2 reiki healing , and myofascial lymphatc drainage massage. I believe that massage therapy is so much more than physical healing. As a human race , we all carry many emotions and heavy experiences in our bodies. Through touch, we can let go of a lot of pain. Physical pain, as well as emotional.
I listen deeply, I care deeply. And my biggest mission is to have you leave my table feeling blissful, and renewed.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is comprised of a variety of different massage techniques. Effleurage; smooth, gliding strokes. Friction ; deep circular movements. Petrissage; squeezing, rolling and kneading. Tapotement ; short , alternating tapping. Lastly, vibration which includes rocking, shaking, movements. All working together to help relieve muscle tension and pain, as well as leaving you relaxed.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues. Such as sprains, chronic pain, and sports injuries. It is applied using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. Deep tissue can be applied with elbows , forearms, palms, knuckles, and fingers.

Myofascial lymphatic drainage Massage

Lymphatic drainage massage is a therapeutic massage treatment. Using very light pressure , and long , gentle, rhythmic strokes to increase the flow of lymph and reduce toxins in the body. Lymphatic drainage is very beneficial in restoring the immune system.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage follows the same principles as a Swedish massage but with the addition of heated stones. Hot stone massage therapy helps melt away tension and ease muscle stiffness.

Reiki Healing

a gentle energy healing technique in which, by the laying of hands, healing energy is guided into the body and energetic field. In order to promote the natural flow of energy, bring balance to body , mind and soul. It brings peace and relief from physical, and emotional distress. often reiki symbols and crystals are used to deepen the practice.
